Players in the UK now have the chance to resolve their issues with gambling operators via new service.

Following the need to appeal to a wider range of online customers, eCOGRA has decided to implement an innovative customer complaint system. The online service company has announced the release of a free service for resolving disputes, according to gambling news.

ECOGRA has been authorised to serve as Alternative Dispute Resolution platform by the UK Gambling Commission in order to help customers of gambling websites. Users will find support in case they have not managed to resolve disputes with operators by themselves. This is one of the strongest points of the popular service provider.

Several hundred websites in the UK are now using eCOGRA.

The service is available on the eCOGRA website and is led by executive Tex Rees. The chief director of eCOGRA, Andrew Beveridge, said that 355 websites in the UK have already started using it. He explained that the sophisticated software will help solve disputes in 72 hours.

In total 12 European countries have already accredited eCOGRA with Croatia joining most recently. Some of the most famous online gaming providers include Bet365, 888, 32 Red and many more.

The London-based company was founded in 2003, after identifying the need to address the demands of the lucrative market. It has come a long way since then, establishing operational standards and players safety in the environment of online gambling, mobile betting sites report.
