LeoVegas Appoints Andreas Bardun as Head of Sport

LeoVegas has recently entered the online sportsbetting market, focusing on mobile offers. According to UK gambling news, the UK mobile gambling giant has appointed Andreas Bardun from Nordicbet to lead its new division.

Andreas Bardun is the new leader of LeoVegas’ freshly launched sportsbook division. The Malta based online and mobile gambling company has appointed Bardun to realize its expansion plans on the UK and Scandinavian betting market. Similarly to LeoVegas’ other gambling services, its new betting offers are aimed mostly at mobile users. Johan Styren, CEO of LeoVegas Mobile Gaming, said that Bardun is “yet another great talent joining” the company’s strong team.

Regarding LeoVegas Sport, Stryen highlighted that the new service has “already managed to capture the interest of many new players who chose us as their sportsbook of choice.” Bardun believes that “sportsbook is all about mobile” and since “LeoVegas has firmly established itself as a mobile first company,” the move was “a no-brainer”.
