Pokerstars Adds Microgaming Games to Portfolio

Few months after the signing of a landmark agreement, Pokerstars went live with Microgaming’s instant-play titles on June 27th, 2017.


Pokerstars has successfully concluded the integration to the Quickfire platform by Microgaming. According to the poker site’s press release, Microgaming games are now live at Pokerstars’ casino section. Microgaming, the developer of the first true online casino in 1994, announced its partnership with Pokerstars in February. The developer’s flagship titles include the Guinness World Record breaking Mega Moolah and the Immortal Romance slot. “It’s a great achievement to see Quickfire live on PokerStars,” said Andrew Clucas, Director of Quickfire at Microgaming. “We are very pleased that our players now have access to some of the most popular games in the online casino industry,” commented Bo Wänghammar, Director of Pokerstars Casino operations.
