Punters will be delighted on Saturday as AS Roma will take on AC Milan, a game that should produce thrilling football action and superb rewards for all wagering on this match. On Sunday, Inter will play against Lazio at the San Siro where they will try to make use of home field advantage and record a win.

Cagliari vs Juventus and Napoli vs Parma

Juventus currently maintains a lead in the Serie A with 36 points, however AS Roma has been reinvigorated this season and seems to be the only team capable of stopping the Turin side of clinching their fourth consecutive championship title. Cagliari on the other hand is struggling to keep up with all the other competitors in the league and is currently in the relegation zone with only 12 points from 15 games.

Juventus are the obvious favorites for this encounter despite the fact that Cagliari will be playing at home. The home team has recorded 3 draws and 4 losses at their own stadium, something that will work in the visitors’ advantage. As per Italian gambling laws, Unibet sportsbook is offering odds of 1.38 (3/8) for the Turin club to seal a win, while the hosts have been given outsider odds 8.75 (15/2). A draw stands at 4.85 (19/5), however that event is also unlikely.

Napoli is currently being lead by Rafael Benitez, however although they boast an impressive squad they are still not able to assert themselves in the league. They sit in 7th place and have 24 points from which they have recorded 3 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss at home. Their next match against Parma at home will be vital for their advancement, and considering that the visitors are last on the table and have only 6 points, the game should be an easy one for them.

Parma has a record of 1 win, 0 draws and 6 losses while on the road, which makes them a marvel for any team looking to get additional points. However, Napoli is not all that convincing with their home records so Parma might to looking to take advantage of that aspect, if they get lucky in the match. Unibet has identified Napoli as the sure winners 1.30 (3/10), while Parma have been dealt unfavorable odds at 10.00 (9/1).

AS Roma vs AC Milan and Inter vs Lazio

AS Roma is second in Serie A and they are breathing down Juventus’ neck heavily as they are just 1 point behind the leaders who have 36 points. The club from the capital will host AC Milan on Saturday and taking into account the great difference between the two sides, the hosts should prevail with relative ease. Roma have an impressive home record that has seen them notch 7 wins, only 1 draw and not a single loss.

AC Milan, the 2011 Serie A champions, are far from the team that they once used to be. Their away record reads 2 wins, 4 draws and 1 loss, stats that will undoubtedly hurt them as they try to continue their fight to challenge for a top spot finish. Unibet has given the Rossoneri limited chances 4.50 (7/2), while a draw stands at 3.55 (51/20). The hosts have been earmarked as the favorites 1.80 (4/5) for this match, and with absolute right.

On Sunday Inter and Lazio will face off against one another at the famous San Siro stadium. The hosts are currently in 11th position with only 20 points and are a far way from being contenders for the title. Lazio meanwhile is in third with 26 points, however they could soon lose that spot if Inter manages to pull off a win against them. The Nerazzurri have a home record of 3 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses, while Lazio have sealed 3 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses away from home.

This will be one unpredictable match for punters considering that the game could go either way at any given moment. Online sportsbooks in Italy favor Inter 2.05 (21/20), whereas Lazio remain underdogs with their odds being 3.60 (13/5). A draw 3.35 (47/20) between them may be possible as they both have certain strong points and certain weaknesses.
