The Conor McGregor show is over. It’s now time for another ultimate UFC betting guide for this weekend’s UFC on Fox: Maia vs. Condit card!

Joe Lauzon vs. Jim Miller

Two lightweight veterans will square off in a rematch of one of the best fights in 2012. Both fighters have alternated wins and losses since their last fight, and will be looking to prove a point this time around.

Joe Lauzon has had one of the longest tenures in the UFC lightweight division. His first fight in the UFC was all the way back in 2007 when he knocked out former champion Jens Pulver in one round. Lauzon has been inconsistent for much of his career, winning one fight in spectacular fashion and then falling short in his next. He is coming off one of the best wins of his career when he knocked out Diego Sanchez in the 1st round.

Jim Miller is about as tough and gritty as a fighter can get. He began his UFC career in 2008, and was hailed as a future champion until a loss to Ben Henderson began a series of wins and losses. Miller has defeated a number of dangerous fighters during his career, and constantly looks to finish fights with his aggressive striking and dangerous submissions.

Jim Miller made US gambling news when he got the victory in the first fight between these two, but that was a different time. Both fighters have improved since then, and we may see an entirely different type of fight from the back and forth braw of 2012. According to GTBets, Lauzon is the favorite in this fight with -143 odds to win. Miller is a slight underdog at +115.

Paige VanZant vs. Bec Rawlings

Team Alpha Male product Paige VanZant has emerged as a star over the past two years. Her first three fights in the UFC made her popular in the MMA world, but it was her long run on Dancing with the Stars that made her a household name. Many online gambling sites in the US favored Paige to win the show, but she ended up taking second place. VanZant is coming off her first UFC defeated to Rose Namajunas, and is surely looking to rebound after nearly nine months out of the octagon.

Bec Rawlings was introduced to the world on the 20th season of the Ultimate Fighter. She lost her only fight on that season, but was still given a shot in the big leagues. Her UFC debut didn’t go her way, but she has now won two straight fights over legit competition. Rawlings is a well-rounded fighter and will look to make her fight win VanZant ugly.

Don’t let the looks fool you; Paige VanZant is a dangerous fighter. She was outclassed in her last fight, but still has people viewing her as a future champion. Paige’s odds to win sit at -222. Bec Rawlings is no push-over, and her time training at Alliance MMA has clearly paid off. She is entering this fight as a +170 underdog. Many UFC betting experts predict a fight of the night here.

Anthony Pettis vs. Charles Oliveira

This could be a do-or-die fight for Anthony Pettis. From October of 2011 to December of 2014, he was seen as one of the best pound for pound fighters on the planet. He captured the lightweight title by defeating Ben Henderson, and successfully defended it against Gilbert Melendez. Since then, he has suffered three straight losses and is now in desperate need of a victory. He now moves to the 145 pound weight division for the first time in his career, and is taking on a young hungry challenger.

Charles Oliveira is a tough matchup for any fighter at 145 pounds. He rattled off four straight wins before an injury in a fight with Max Holloway halted his momentum. His most recent win was a first round submission over Myles Jury, showing just how adept his ground game is. Perhaps the toughest opponent to Oliveira is the scale. He has missed weight in 3 of his past 8 bouts, and could face a stiff punishment if he fails again.

Many UFC betting experts are interested to see how Pettis fares at featherweight. His last three losses showed that he is simply not big enough to compete at lightweight. “Showtime” is one of the most creative strikers in the UFC, and is looking for the eighth knockout of his career this Saturday. Oliveira will likely look to drag this fight to the mat. His submissions are deadly, and he likely holds the advantage on the ground. GTBets list Anthony Pettis as the favorite to win with odds of -200, and Oliveira the slight underdog at +150.

Carlos Condit vs. Demian Maia

The MMA community shed a tear when Carlos Condit hinted he may be retiring. The New Mexico native is one of the most exciting fighters to ever enter the octagon, and has never given an opponent an easy fight in the UFC. He was in perhaps the most exciting fight of 2016 thus far against Robbie Lawler where he lost a razor-thin split decision. Condit is back, and hopes for one more run at the welterweight title starting with a victory over Demian Maia.

It is remarkable how bad Demian Maia is able to make fighters look. The former middleweight title challenger has seemed unstoppable over his past five fights, capped off by a submission win over Matt Brown. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt has an uncanny ability to drag his opponents to the ground and hunt for submissions. He will surely look to implore that strategy against Condit, who likely holds the advantage on the feet.

This is an extremely tough fight to predict. Maia has looked untouchable as of late, but Condit has never given an opponent an easy fight. Can Maia bring this fight to the mat? Will Condit get the KO standing? It’s a toss-up. GTBets list Condit as the slight UFC betting favorite to win with odds of -125. Despite a long win streak, Maia enters as the underdog with odds of +100
