Spring is a busy time for live poker tournaments. But in order to cut through hundreds of offers out there, poker players need some assistance. Take a look at what will be hot in the poker tournament world during this week. We have a selection of only the best tourneys held both on the international arena and under American gambling laws.

International

The Majestic Casino in Panama City will be hosting the 2014 LSOP Millions (Latin Series of Poker Millions) between March 08-15. The poker festival will offer a host of tourneys with the most attractive one being the $850 buy-in Main Event with $1 million guaranteed prize pool.

This time around the event is special: the Main Event will have several Day 1s hosted in a number of cities across the world. Some of these are already over including tourneys in Aruba, Chile, Colombia, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Panama itself. This ensures that players don’t need to actually come to Panama, spending money on accommodation and then bust out after the Day 1.

The 2014 Gioco Digitale WPTN Venice Carnival will kick off on March 05 at Casino Di Venezia in Venice and will be hosted all the way until March 16. The first week’s attraction is the EUR 200,000 guaranteed event with EUR 990 buy-in.

Nevada

As for the most famous American poker rooms, the 2014 Wynn Classic has already kicked off at the Wynn Las Vegas. The 14-event poker festival will be held all the way until March 20. The most exciting event is the $250,000 guaranteed tourney with a $550 buy-in, starting on March 6.

The Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens is hosting the 2014 WSOP Circuit Bicycle Casino / Winnin’ o’ the Green festival until April 5. The two series were combined to provide poker enthusiasts with more choices. The main attraction there is the $365 buy-in $100,000 guaranteed event kicking off on March 7.
