Matchday 30 showcased many thrilling games, which proved to be quite entertaining for many fans. Punters had a chance to earn extra cash last over the week, as the games took place from Tuesday until Thursday. According to Spanish gambling news, this upcoming weekend will be equally entertaining, as all the sides will try to put on a good show.

Sevilla will host Barcelona this weekend
Atletico Madrid aim to win against Malaga
Almeria will square off against Granada

Malaga will aim to defend its colors against Atletico Madrid at 18:00 CET on Saturday, while Almeria will battle with Granada at home that same day in the evening. Rayo Vallecano will travel o Celta Vigo, while Barcelona gear up to face Sevilla in Andalusia. The latter match should be a great encounter to watch for all sporting enthusiasts.

Malaga vs Atletico Madrid and Sevilla vs Barcelona

Malaga find themselves in 7th spot on the table after collecting 45 points from 30 outings. They used to play in the Champions League a few years ago, but now they don’t have the capacity to reach the top 4. Over the last 5 encounters they notched 3 losses, 1 draw and 1 win. At home they won on 8 occasions, while the other matches ended in 4 draws and 3 losses. Bet365 have therefore assigned them underdog odds 3.80 (14/5) for the next game.

Malaga vs Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid won the title last season, an achievement that was unparalleled as for nearly a decade before the Spanish league was dominated by Barcelona and Real Madrid. Unfortunately for them this year they won’t be able to win the championship, but they can still do their best to contend. For the game against Malaga they are the favorites 2.00 (1/1), while a tie between them two stands at a great 3.40 (12/5).

Sevilla will go head to head with the current league leaders Barcelona, who have been dealt the better odds 1.55 (6/11) despite playing on the road. They are currently first and are looking to build on their lead against their upcoming opponents. On the road the Catalan side won a staggering 11 games, while suffering only 2 draws and 2 losses. Their form is also impeccable notching only 5 in the last 5 games.

Sevilla vs Barcelona

The Andalusian side on the other hand stands in 5th spot with 61 points, however they don’t have a realistic chance against Barcelona. Their chances are quite limited, despite that they will be hosts for the encounter and they know their own field. Online sportsbooks in Spain have assigned them odds of 5.00 (4/1), due to their next opponent’s superior records and form. A draw for the game is not likely, with odds being 4.50 (7/2).

Almeria vs Granada and Celta Vigo vs Rayo Vallecano

Almeria will square off against Granada at home on Saturday evening at 22:00 CET. This carries some uncertainty with it as both sides have put on lackluster performances in recent games. The hosts sit in 18th position after managing to accumulate 25 points. Their home records are rather bad considering they were only able to secure 1 victory, with all the other encounters ending in 6 draws and 7 losses.

Almeria vs Granada

Granada have been equally bad in their outings so far this season. Currently, they sit one place above their upcoming opponents with a slightly better record consisting of 24 points. While playing away from home they have notched the most losses out of all the teams in La Liga, amounting to a total of 10. They also drew 4 times, while managing only 1 win. That is why a draw for the game seem to be the most likely 3.10 (21/10).

Celta Vigo will try to do everything they can against Rayo Vallecano at home on Saturday night. The travelling team currently occupy 10th spot on the table with a total of 38 points, and their form during the last encounters stands at 2 losses and 3 wins. Their results while playing away are somewhat ambiguous as they clinched 6 wins, but have also lost on 8 other occasions, mobile betting providers report.

Celta Vigo Rayo vs Vallecano

The home side have not been great despite being familiar with their own ground, as they won only 5 games. The rest of them resulted in 4 draws and 5 losses, not to mention their form over the recent matches, which stands at 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses. Online betting sites have set their odds at 1.73 (8/11), despite their disappointing run, while a win for the visiting club stands at 4.75 (15/4). A tie may be the most likely event for this match 3.60 (13/5).
