Austrian online betting firm Bet-at-Home sponsors Austrian ATP for another two years.

Austrian online casino company Bet-At-Home has agreed to continue the main title sponsorship for the Austrian ATP World Tour 250 tennis event in Kitzbuehel, Austria for another two years.

The high-profile tennis event will officially be named the Bet-At-Home Cup Kitzbuehel, displaying the logos of the Austrian online betting operator.

The ATP Austria tennis tournament has been held since 1945 on clay courts. It regained its top tour status in 2011 and now is officially a part of the 250 series again. The ATP series includes 40 tournaments. 250 rankings points are required to win for the events’ singles champions (hence the name of the series). All tournaments feature a draw of 28 or 32 for singles and 16 for doubles.

The last ATP Austria was won by the Netherland’s Robin Haase, beating Philipp Kohlschreiber from Germany in the final.

Herbert Guenther, president of the Kitzbuehel Tennis Club commented on the deal to the Austrian gambling news: “We appreciate the fact that so many sponsors, especially bet-at-home.com, have believed in us and have made a huge contribution to the rebirth of this legendary tournament.”
