In part II of the football betting preview we will look at some of the exciting games set to take place this weekend in the Italian top flight.

After looking through some of the encounters in part I we will explore the additional matches set for Saturday and Sunday. According to Italian gambling news, Udinese have not performed well over the last few matches however they will have a chance to improve their standing against Parma away. And later in the evening on Saturday Fiorentina will go head to head with Torino.

• Fiorentina aims to provide a thrilling show against Torino
• Napoli will host Sassuolo on Sunday evening
• Inter set for another challenging test against Cagliari away

On Sunday football enthusiasts will be able to observe 2 great encounters which will undoubtedly provide great betting opportunities as well. Napoli have a fearsome squad so they should have the capacity to overcome Sassuolo at home. The last game of round 24 will see Inter square off against Cagliari away where they will be aiming to notch a victory.

Parma vs Udinese and Fiorentina vs Torino

Parma have experienced a very bad run recently clinching only negative results. Their form over the last 5 games has seen them lose 4 times while also recording 1 draw, which is why they sit last on the table with only a meager 10 points overall. It is safe to say that they don’t have a chance against Udinese which has propelled Bet365 to assign them unlikely chances 3.25 (9/4).

Parma-Udinese

The visiting side on the other hand are 13th on the table and have an away record that is unconvincing (3 wins, 3 draws and 5 losses) but still better than Parma’s home record. Udinese have lost their last 2 games however they will be aiming to go back home with the 3 points in their pockets. Bet365 has therefore given them favorite odds 2.30 (13/10) while a draw has been set at 3.25 (9/4).

Fiorentina have managed to put on pretty good performances this season, however they have recently been weakened with the departure of their star winger Juan Cuadrado to Chelsea. Nevertheless they will be looking to build on their 4th position against Torino at home, a side that are not considered to amongst the greatest threats in the Italian top flight.

Fiorentina-Torino

The visitors are currently located in the middle of the table (10th) having accumulated 32 points overall. They had an impressive run where they managed to get 4 consecutive wins over the last 5 games, while their last match ended in a draw. Due to their lower position in the league, mobile betting sites favor Fiorentina to seal a win 1.75 (3/4). Torino on the other hand have been assigned unfavorable chances 5.00 (4/1), while a draw between them stands at 3.60 (13/5).

Napoli vs Sassuolo and Cagliari vs Inter

Napoli, along with AS Roma, serve as true underdogs of Serie A. They currently have 42 points to their name and they hold 3rd position on the table. Over the course of the last 5 encounters that manages to record an incredible 4 wins and only 1 loss, while their home record stands at 6 wins, 3 draws and 2 losses. Bet365 rank them as automatic favorites 1.50 (1/2) to win against upcoming opponents Sassuolo at home.

Napoli-Sassuolo

The travelling side have received outsider odds 7.50 (13/2) since they are struggling in 12th position and have so far accumulated only 29 points overall. They managed to win only once in the last 5 matches whereas the rest of those games ended in 2 draws and 2 losses. Bet365 has therefore set the odds for a draw at a high 4.00 (3/1), an event that is also very unlikely.

Cagliari will host Inter on Sunday night and judging by the results of both teams in recent times neither seems to deserve a win. The home side are currently trying to crawl out of the relegation zone as they sit in 18th spot with only 20 points. Their home record is pretty unimpressive (2 wins, 3 draws and 6 losses) which is why their odds stand at 3.30 (23/10), per Bet365.

Cagliari-Inter

Inter are far from the team that they once used to be and they now find themselves in 9th position in the league. Throughout the last 5 games they notched 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses, however online sportsbooks in Italy believe that they can pull off a win against Cagliari. Bet365 has given the Nerazzurri odds of 2.30 (13/10), while a draw between the two sides has been set at 3.25 (9/4).br>
