Prepare yourself for the superb football plays in Europe’s second most popular football tournament.

EU gambling news report that Salzburg will face Villarreal at home where they aim to take advantage of playing on their own ground and hopefully clinch a win. Spanish side Athletic Bilbao reached the final of the Europa League in 2012 but unfortunately lost to domestic rivals Atletico Madrid. They will now play against Torino in hopes of once again reaching the final.

• Club Brugge strong favorites against Aalborg
• Everton already has one foot in the 1/16 finals
• Athletic Bilbao looking to provide a great show against Torino
Aalborg have lost the first encounter against Club Brugge at home 3-1, so their chances of making it to reach the next stage are limited seeing that they will have now play away. Everton will go head to head with Swiss side Young boys at Goodison Park where they will have to defend their big 4-1 lead from the first game.

Salzburg vs Villarreal and Athletic Bilbao vs Torino

When Salzburg played against Villarreal last week they suffered a loss of 2-1 to the Spanish hosts. The good things is that the Austrian side managed to bag in 1 away goal which might come in very handy as all they have to do is score 1 more without conceding any and they will be on their way to the 1/16 finals of the Europa League.

Europa League Finals

Villarreal have experienced a slight resurgence in their domestic competition, La Liga, and they haven’t played too badly in Europe having reached this stage. Now they will be aiming to defend their slim lead and hopefully notch another one so that they can make further progress. Mobile betting sites have given the Spaniards lesser odds 2.75 (7/4) while the favorite chances were assigned to Salzburg 2.50 (3/2). A draw on the other hand stands at 3.50 (5/2), per Bet365.

Another Spanish team Athletic Bilbao will be tested against Torino, a side that have managed to surprise some by reaching this far in the competition. The first leg of this tie ended in a rather disappointing 2-2, as many football experts believed that the Italian side could have done more in the game given they played on their home turf and had the home crowd support.

Europa League Finals

The Basque side found the back of the net twice in that game so now they have the upper leg, however they should not let their guard down as the match could turn against them at any time. Since they will be playing at home, Athletic Bilbao have been assigned favorite odds 2.00 (1/1), while Torino have been dealt outsider chances 3.80 (14/5), per Bet365. Another draw 3.50 (5/2) between the two is quite possible so placing a wager on a tie should be considered by punters.

Club Brugge vs Aalborg and Everton vs Young Boys

Aalborg will travel to the Belgium where they go head to head with Club Brugge. The first leg finished with a 3-1 win for the Belgian side where the likes of Oulare and Refaelov found the back of the net in the first half with an additional own goal came from Petersen in the 61st minute. Towards the end of the game Aalborg managed to salvage 1 goal, which now gives them a difficult task of scoring a minimum of 2 more if they are to make further progress.

Europa League Finals

The Danish side will now be visiting so they have been dealt completely unrealistic chances of making any significant impact. Bet365 has given them odds of 9.50 (17/2) while a draw between them stands at an unlikely 4.75 (15/4). Club Brugge are the absolute favorites 1.36 (4/11) to clinch a win and make it to the next round of the Europa League.

Everton seem to have a rather easy task ahead of them on Thursday night. They played against Young Boys away last week and were pretty impressive by scoring a 4 goals and conceding only 1. They recorded 4 away goals which is quite remarkable for any side and are now favorites 1.70 (7/10) by Online sportsbooks in The EU to win the return leg as well.

Europa League Finals

The Swiss side couldn’t find themselves in the first game where they played at home and have suffered a great 4-1 loss. in the group stages they were pretty solid finishing 2nd with 12 points from a total of 4 wins and 2 losses, but now they have been branded as outsiders 5.25 (17/4) for the second match with the Toffees. A tie 3.75 (11/4) between them is also unlikely given that Everton are far superior.
