No other side at the moment can catch up to Bayern Munich, and when we say “at the moment” we mean a period of a number of years where they’re the biggest force in the top flight of German football. But that shouldn’t stop you from betting with online sportsbooks in Germany, especially since round 23 of the Bundesliga is this weekend; capitalize on some of the other encounters that don’t include the Bavarian giants.

Schalke v Hoffenheim – H 2.04 (1/1) D 3.50 (5/2) A 3.39 (12/5)

Sixth-placed Schalke will host Hoffenheim who are only two placed below them on the table. Normally we would have supported the side from Gelsenkirchen to snatch an easy win at home, but their record at is somewhat ambivalent, having secured only 5 wins in front of their home fans, with the other encounters ending in 4 draws and 1 loss.

Hoffenheim on the other hand have lost 3 and drawn 2 of them last 5 games, which will definitely work in Schalke’s advantage and help their confidence as they aim to grab the all-important 3 points. They need to get all the points they need if they are to break into the four 4 to qualify for Europe next season. But looking at their performances lately we wouldn’t be surprised if they suffer another draw at home.

Monchengladbach v Dortmund – H 3.00 (2/1) D 3.60 (13/5) A 2.20 (6/5)

The Yellow Submarine will face a tough test this weekend against Monchengladbach as they try to make it 3 victories in a row, which could perhaps put them on a track of good form – something that they’re in dire need of after their disappointing results since the start of the new year, which saw them record 3 straight draws, before going on to win 2 games back-to-back.

Can Batshuayi add more goals this wekeend to his impressive tally of 5 in 3 games already? (source: Bundesliga)

RB Leipzig are only a point above BVB on the Bundesliga table, so they’ll be looking to break into second place pretty soon, perhaps even this weekend if they manage to defeat the Foals (Die Fohlen) on the road. But the good news is Dortmund have an ace up their sleeve in the form of loanee Michy Batshuayi who has been a real revelation in his short time with the Westfalenstadion side, finding the back of the net 5 times in only 3 appearances. So we’re definitely betting on BVB in this match!

Frankfurt v RB Leipzig – H 2.39 (7/5) D 3.29 (16/7) A 2.87 (15/8)

And finally, the last game of round 23 will see Frankfurt go head to head with RB Leipzig at home in what could easily shift a number of clubs’ positions at the top of the table, as the former is currently in fourth place while the latter is in second, for the time being.

But we’re quite undecided for this match, as the hosts have underperformed at home, winning only 4 games out of 11 encounters. The Red Bull side (or “RasenBallsport” as they’re formally referred to) have been equally unimpressive while playing games away from home, clinching only 4 victories from 11 encounters. This is why we’re willing to bet on a draw between these two sides, with a potential win for the hosts, using providers of internet betting in Germany.
