Ladbrokes Bags Deal as Title Sponsor in Snooker Tournaments

The World Grand Prix has found partnership with Ladbrokes as title sponsor in snooker tournaments for the year 2016.

As part of the agreement for the sponsorship, competitions have been renamed for this year shown in appreciation. They will be known as Ladbrokes World Grand Prix and Ladbrokes Player Championship.

According to Ladbrokes’ chief marketing officer, Kristof Fahy, their snooker sponsorship is only boosting their image and deepening their involvement in an ever growing industry.

The World Grand Prix will take place in Llandudno, Wales from March 8-13 and the Players Championship happening in Manchester from March 22-27.

After the announcement of Ladbrokes as title sponsor of snooker tournaments comes only days after BetVictor released their extension of their title sponsor deal with the Welsh open.

Both Ladbrokes and BetVictor are the leading online sportsbooks in the UK. Going as title sponsor in snooker tournaments places them both as the leaders in the world of snooker and snooker sponsorship.
