From now on, Internet Services Providers and their officials that don’t ban access to unauthorized online gambling sites can be fined for up to RUB 100,000. The Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) has complied a blacklist of thousands of gambling sites that must be blocked at all service providers.
