50 complimentary delegate passes available for members of Estonia’s leading startup community

Tallinn, Estonia — HIPTHER has announced a new community initiative ahead of HIPTHER Baltics & Nordics: Tallinn 2026, offering 50 complimentary delegate passes to members of Eestistartup.ee. With over 1,000 startups across its network, Eestistartup is one of Estonia’s most active communities for founders and innovators.

The initiative was developed in collaboration with Daniel Gunba, Eestistartup’s founder and a familiar face at HIPTHER events, where he has been a recurring speaker. At its core, the partnership is a genuine friendship project — one built on mutual respect for Estonia’s builder culture and a shared interest in connecting local talent with international industry.

HIPTHER Baltics & Nordics: Tallinn 2026 takes place on 2 June 2026 at the Hilton Tallinn Park. The conference brings together voices from across digital governance, fintech, AI, compliance, startup innovation, digital identity, and regulated technology — topics that sit squarely at the intersection of where Estonia’s ecosystem is heading. Selected Eestistartup members will receive full access to the conference programme, networking sessions, lunch, and the evening closing party, including a complimentary drink.

The event also marks the grand finale of the 2026 HIPTHER Baltics series, following successful editions in Vilnius and Riga, and will host the HIPTHER Baltic & Nordics Gaming Awards Ceremony & Closing Party.

For HIPTHER OÜ — an Estonian-registered company — this is more than a regional conference stop. Tallinn 2026 is something of a homecoming, and the Eestistartup collaboration reflects that spirit directly.

“Estonia has always represented something bigger than just a startup ecosystem,” said Zoltan Tundik, Co-Founder & Head of Business at HIPTHER. “It’s a mindset — practical innovation, digital-first thinking, founders who build without waiting for permission. Partnering with Daniel and the Eestistartup community felt completely natural. Tallinn 2026 is our chance to give something back, open doors, and connect local builders with an international network of decision-makers, investors, and innovators. And honestly — in Estonia, even bureaucracy somehow runs on startup logic.”

Daniel Gunba, Founder of Eestistartup, added: “This collaboration gives industry professionals a direct line to our startup founders. It’s a moment of real synergy — bringing together people who have spent years in the market alongside the next generation of founders ready to create, explore, and grow. Estonia has always been a talent hub, and I’m glad that together with Zoltan and his team, we’ve found a meaningful way to amplify that.”

Complimentary passes are limited to 50 and available on a first-come, first-served basis through the official application form.
