Grosvenor Casino Set to be Unveiled in Southend UK as the Latest Gaming Center

One of UK’s most expensive resorts on the sea is looking to welcome a new GBP 6 million casino to its ranks.

Gambling news announced that the Grosvenor casino is set to be unveiled in September, which many believe people will bring numerous benefits to the town with its opening.

Along with the casino, a new Mecca bingo hall will also be introduced to the local residents. Both of the gaming facilities will be located below the Park Inn Palace Hotel once the operations commence on September 18.

One of the greatest aspects that the locals are excited about are the job opportunities associated with the new business. The general manager of the casino, Tom Docherty, said, “Southend is a popular seaside town with a long-established association with entertainment and innovation, making it ideal.”

The casino is set to features many amenities to please their prospective customers. Docherty stated that the casino would be “a new and exciting venue, perfect for serious gamers or those just looking for a fun, alternative night out.”

It will boast a 100-seat card area which will be amongst the greatest and most lavish UK poker rooms. The casino will also have slot machines, high-stakes VIP room and numerous electronic gaming options.

Customers that prefer sports over table games will also have a chance to participate in those particular pursuits. A separate sports lounge with betting terminals showcasing football, cricket, boxing and more will feature along with the restaurant and bar.
