Amaya Gaming Partner with bwin for Borgata Online Casino in New Jersey Prior to Launch on November 26th

With New Jersey gearing up for the launch of online casinos in the US state, the news that Amaya Gaming has teamed up with bwin may have passed under the radar. The two giants of the online gaming world have joined forces to ensure that New Jersey gamblers will have the best possible integration when the launch of online gambling does finally happen later this month.

The deal will see the Borgata Hotel & Spa integrated with Amaya’s Casino Gaming system, allowing their gamers access to Amaya’s online casino games through the casino’s website. The move will see gamblers have a choice of where to gamble, rather than just one solitary platform, too, as the casino will be launching 2 of their own sites.

Bwin director of games, Golan Shaked, said: “Our agreement with Amaya will enable players in New Jersey to access an even wider range of market-leading online casino games through the Partypoker.com, Borgatacasino.com and Borgatapoker.com gaming sites in New Jersey.”

Under American gambling laws , each individual state has been given the freedom to launch online gambling, and New Jersey have been one of the first to sign up, along with Nevada and Delaware.

With Amaya also offering mobile casino integration, the Borgata could soon be providing its players with on the go gambling around the clock. As BetSoft have also recently signed with Amaya, there are a large choice of games on their platform, and when combined with bwin’s expertise, the Borgata will be hoping to take a step ahead of their competitors.

Everything isn’t rosy for New Jersey gambling, though, as New York just approved the building of up to 7 new casinos up-state. This would likely take the New York gambler away from Atlantic City, putting yet more pressure on the soon to be launched online casinos.
