One of the most famous car racing series, the American NASCAR will finally continue this weekend with a race in Darlington, South Carolina. Though fans can’t attend the race, they can follow it through live broadcasting on Fox and Fox Sports. Bet on Darlington NASCAR race now, after reading our summary of the favorites.

In the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series 4 rounds have been held so far. The last one was the FanShield 500 race from the Phoenix Raceway track back in March. Now after more than two months, break drivers can finally return to racing on a packed schedule for May. As after Sunday, four more races will take place this month. They have been reassigned to the Darlington Raceway and Charlotte Motor Speedway from other tracks. This way teams don’t have to travel that much as thanks to their close location from each other. Currently, Kevin Harvick is leading the championship, but only a single point ahead of Joey Lagano.

Online sportsbooks in the US are giving similar odds for the victory of Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch. Both drivers have the odds of 6.50 to win the race. Harvick, who is the 2014 champion finished second in the last race before the break in the FanShield 500.  He was fifth in the Daytona 500 earlier, which was his best result since 2016 in this race. After his third place in last season’s championship, he is one of the favorites to fight for the title this year.

One of his biggest rivals is the 2019 champion, Kyle Busch. He is only in 12th place at the moment. Busch started the season with a disappointing 34th finish at Daytona 500 but finished second and third in the following races. He was supposed to have a very busy season with also racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and in the NASCAR Gander RV and Outdoors Truck Series. The rivalry between him and Harvick was demonstrated by the announcement of Harvick. He offered a US$100,000 reward to any driver who can beat Busch in the Truck Series.

Other favorites who can win the race

Online gambling sites in the US are also mentioning Denny Hamlin in the favorites with the odds of 7.50 at the 1xBET Sportsbook. He won the first race this season but finished out of the top 10 in Pennzoil 400 and FanShield 500. But Hamlin has already won the Darlington 400 race twice before, in 2010 and 2017. He is one of the most consistent drivers in the series, winning 38 races during his career so far. Though he was close to winning the championship title in 2010, he finished as a runner-up. While last season even his six victories were only enough for a fourth place.

Joey Lagano has been driving superbly this season, and following Harvick closely. He has already won two races this year, in Las Vegas and in Arizona. If you want to bet on Darlington NASCAR Race you should consider him as a favorite. He has the odds of 9.00 but the 2018 champion can exceed his previous best result, a 2nd place finish here. Especially after the birth of his second son, who was born only last week.
