Betway, Unibet and William Hill Blacklisted in Lithuania

Online gambling operators Betway, Unibet and William Hill blacklisted in Lithuania among others, since they have been running without a Lithuanian gambling license. That means that the government can block these sites and can take other strict legal actions according to Lithuanian gambling laws.

The Lithuanian Gambling Control Authority issued a new online gambling blacklist with additional destinations operating without an internet gaming license. The new list includes major operators offering online gambling in the EU, like Betway, Unibet and William Hill.

Since January 1, 2016, the Lithuanian authorities can take strict legal actions towards online gambling sites that accept players from Lithuania but operating without an internet gaming license issued by the Lithuanian Gambling Control Authority.
