Kornelia Ninova
The Bulgarian Socialist Party is currently led by Kornelia Ninova. She took over from the former leader Sergei Stanishev in May 2016. BSP’s list of candidates is led by the journalist Elena Yonacheva, a very attractive speaker to Bulgarians. However, the party suffers from an internal split between Stanishev’s supporters and Ninova, due to ideological differences. At 22BET Sportsbook BSP has 1.99 odds to win most seats. Yet with internal dispute it is hard to see that happen.

Smaller parties have no chance to challenge

The bookies offer the best 2019 Bulgaria’s EU Elections odds on another two smaller parties to win most seats. They are the so called United Patriots, which is a part of the current government. However, United Patriots is so divided and weak. Therefore despite having 11 odds to win most seats, the party might ensure one MEP at most to be elected. The other party is Movement for Right and Freedoms, with 34 odds to win most seats. It has been for some time the third political force in the country. The party represents ethnic Turks, and that will help it win 2 to 3 MEPs. To see all the best 2019 Bulgaria’s EU Elections odds, just check our latest review about 22BET Sportsbook.
