The new platform pairs personalised AI conversation with daily check-ins, progress tracking and evidence-informed coping tools, giving users a private space to think things through, any time of day.
HIPTHER, the digital media and events brand built around connecting innovation, technology and human experience, is moving into a new arena: mental wellness. Its latest venture, Asisora, is an AI-powered Mental Wellness & Coping Companion designed for the moments when someone needs to pause, think something through and find a practical way forward.
Available around the clock, Asisora gives adults a private space to explore what they’re thinking and feeling, keep track of their mood, build a wellness plan that actually fits their life, and draw on structured coping tools for everything from ordinary bad days to more complex challenges.
For HIPTHER, the launch is a genuine departure. It extends a company built on media, live events and professional communities into something much more personal: a consumer platform centred on individual wellbeing.

A Very Human Starting Point
Asisora began with Betty Tündik, HIPTHER Co-Founder, Strategy Director & Conscious Culture Advocate, whose own studies in psychology and growing interest in mental wellness set the project in motion.
Before building anything, HIPTHER’s founders spent time with the existing landscape of digital mental health tools. What they kept running into were the same gaps: interactions that felt generic, resources scattered across too many places, and not enough depth for experiences that need sustained, nuanced support rather than a standard script.
Those gaps were hardest to ignore in areas such as grief, gambling addiction, and other long-running coping journeys, the kind of experiences that rarely respond well to one-size-fits-all advice.
“Supporting mental health requires more than responding when a problem becomes severe; it requires earlier awareness, regular self-reflection and accessible pathways to support,” said Betty Tündik. “Asisora was created to help make that process more immediate and approachable through responsible use of AI, providing structured mental wellness.”
Built Around Real-Life Moments
Asisora isn’t built for one type of user or one kind of day. It’s meant to meet people wherever they are, whether that’s in the middle of something genuinely difficult or simply looking for a steadier, more consistent way to check in with themselves. Through the platform, people can:
- Talk things through with an AI wellness companion, available 24/7
- Complete daily mood check-ins and watch patterns emerge over time
- Build an individual wellness plan and a personal set of coping strategies
- Draw on specialised toolkits for anxiety, panic, worry, ADHD, BPD and grief-related coping
- Work through exercises informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practice
- Use breathing exercises, grounding techniques, focus sounds and other tools built for difficult moments
- Track progress, milestones and longer-term wellness trends
- Optionally connect wearable-device data for a fuller picture of their wellbeing
Underlying all of it is a simple idea: wellness isn’t a finish line. Asisora treats it as an ongoing, highly individual process, shaped by daily life, shifting circumstances and small steps that add up.
Clear Boundaries, by Design
Asisora is a mental wellness and coping companion. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for qualified professional care.
The platform does not diagnose mental health conditions, offer medical advice, or prescribe treatment. Its AI-generated responses and exercises are built for education, self-reflection and personal wellness, nothing more clinical than that. Anyone using Asisora in a crisis or facing immediate danger is directed, clearly and immediately, to local emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support organisation.
Privacy Comes First
Conversations about mental wellness are, by nature, personal, and Asisora was built with that in mind. Operated by HIPTHER OÜ, the platform runs on a GDPR-aligned privacy framework that includes encryption in transit, controlled access and support for users’ data rights.
Full details on how personal information is collected, processed and protected are laid out in the Asisora Privacy Policy. The platform’s Terms of Service also spell out exactly what the AI-powered service can and can’t do, so users know what they’re signing up for before they start.

Asisora is live today for adults aged 18 and over at asisora.ai. New users can create an account and try the full platform free for 30 days, no credit card required.
