HIPTHER Warsaw Summit is back at the InterContinental Warsaw on 27-28 October. The two-day programme is for iGaming and technology leaders who are turning regulatory change, AI, payments, compliance and growth into 2027 strategy. Delegates also get direct access to the people shaping those fields.
Now in its fourth year in the Polish capital, the boutique summit has a simple aim. It puts operators, suppliers, regulators, legal and compliance specialists, fintech and payments leaders, affiliates and tech builders in the same room. They leave with new insight and the contacts to act on it.
Built for the planning season
The summit lands just as companies start drafting their 2027 plans. The agenda therefore sticks to decisions that are already reshaping regulated markets.
The Compliance & Regulatory Affairs programme gives the legal side a practical, market-level view. Topics include Poland and CEE, licensing expansion in Malta, Germany and the Netherlands, operator-supplier contracts under changing rules, Responsible Gambling outcomes, and AML beyond KYC.
The IMGL Masterclass is on Day 1, 11:20-12:10. It is titled “Prediction Markets and Sweepstakes at the Regulatory Crossroads: Gambling, Financial Products or a New Category?”
Other sessions tie legal duties to commercial choices. They cover compliant affiliate growth, whistleblowing and accountability, and how to grow a gambling brand when paid advertising is restricted and AI answers first.
Where the technology talk gets practical
The TechXperience Stage treats AI, FinTech and digital identity as business decisions with real consequences for iGaming and other regulated sectors. The programme covers:
- Practical AI and human oversight
- Autonomous agents in financial services
- Instant payments, the digital euro and resilience
- Embedded finance and FinTech unit economics
- Digital identity, eIDAS 2.0, EUDI Wallets and trust frameworks
Wider discussions cover Europe’s gaming technology stack, B2B platform partnerships, human-centred AI, the future of work, and the investment gap facing women founders. Together they move the conversation from single tools to growth, trust and competitiveness.
Workshops from HIPTHER Academy
HIPTHER Academy turns talk into hands-on learning. Workshops cover human-centred AI and personalisation, decision-making and leadership under pressure, working AI solutions, and fundraising readiness for women-led startups. Another looks at taking agentic AI from prototype to auditable operations.
Further sessions look at the skills that matter alongside AI and the human work that happens between prompts. A live AI visibility audit shows how businesses can use a website in the generative search era. One Academy session is still to be announced, and the programme is subject to change.
What delegates take home
The tracks are meant to be read together. Regulation affects market entry. AI and identity change trust and customer journeys. Payments shape operations, and brands still have to stay discoverable. The agenda aims to send participants home with clearer priorities, practical questions and methods for their own teams. They also leave with direct contacts among specialists facing the same decisions.
Zoltan Tündik, Co-Founder & Head of Business at HIPTHER, said of the agenda:
“The HIPTHER Warsaw Summit was built to bridge the gap between high-level regulatory shifts and practical business execution. As we look ahead to 2027, companies can no longer afford to view compliance, technology, and market expansion in silos. Our goal for this year’s agenda is to give industry leaders a direct, interactive platform where they can decode complex European regulations, harness real AI applications, and walk away with actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth.”
The conversations beyond the stage
The boutique format keeps experts, executives and attendees close, so candid exchanges carry on well past the sessions.
The social programme starts early:
- 26 October: a Day 0 Welcome Meet at AZYL Shot & Craft Beer Bar.
- 27 October: a HIPTHER Morning Reset (Yoga Rhythm & Flow), at a location shared with registered participants.
- 28 October: a 6-7 km Morning Networking Run or jog.
Coffee breaks, networking lunches and the Golden Hour Mixer add more chances to trade ideas and explore partnerships. HIPTHER Lounge lets delegates find relevant peers and book meetings online before the summit.
On 27 October, Podwale Bar and Books hosts networking from 20:00, the EiGE Awards Ceremony at 21:00, and finger food with an open bar until midnight. The closing night is HIPTHER’s traditional Halloween Party and Social Gathering. It runs on 28 October from 19:00 at Steam Bar Cocktail Bar, with food, drinks and a send-off for the summit.
EiGE Awards 2026
The European iGaming Excellence (EiGE) Awards 2026 add another big moment to the week. Nominations and public voting set the official shortlists. Registered summit delegates now make the final call across categories for operators, suppliers, affiliates, technology, payments, regulatory excellence and individual achievement.
Winners are announced at the ceremony on 27 October, starting at 21:00 at Podwale Bar and Books. Attendance is included in the summit pass.
