  • The next MotoGP race is in San Marino this weekend
  • 4 different riders have won so far this season
  • Championship leader Fabio Quartararo is in the favorites again

In the last race in Austria, MotoGP fans could see a thrilling finish between three riders, with Portuguese Miguel Oliveira being the lucky one. He became the 4th winner out of five races in this exciting season. Hopefully, the next race will continue in a similar style, and we might see a brand new winner. At least according to the MotoGP San Marino winner odds.

French Fabio Quartararo still leads the championship but only 3 points ahead of Italian Andrea Dovizioso. Even though Quartararo started the season with two consecutive wins in Spain, he lost speed after. His best result was a 7th-place finish since which might worry his team and the fans. Especially as this season has brought such excitement with new winners and favorites week by week, that nothing is certain anymore. The next stop is San Marino, where Marc Marquez won last season, but sadly he won’t be here to defend his title. The 6-time world champion is still out due to his injuries and might take another couple of weeks to fully recover.

MotoGP San Marino winner odds favor Espargaro and Quartarareo

Despite his weaker performances in the previous races, Fabio Quartararo is still the biggest favorite to win this race with the odds of 4.00 at 1xBet. The Petronas Yamaha rider should feel better in this track and get back to his speed. He almost won the race last season but was overtaken by Marquez in the last lap. Now he has the chance to claim the victory and strengthen his lead in the championship.

Let’s race!

One of his biggest rivals can be Spanish Pol Espargaro who also has the odds of 4.00 to win by online sportsbooks in Italy. Espargaro finished third in the last race which was a great result after his two previous retirements. He is only 10th place in the championship but getting quicker. He also won the qualifying in the Styrian Grand Prix. His teammate, Brad Binder has already got a  victory for the KTM team, and the last winner, Oliveira also rides a KTM. So Espargaro might be the next one to bring some success to the team.

Other favorites who can get the victory

Online gambling sites in Italy also mention another Spanish rider, Maverick Vinales in the favorites with the odds of 7.90. Vinales had a great start of the season too with two 2nd-place finishes but had to retire from the last race due to mechanical issues. So he is also hoping for a better race now on a track which suits Yamaha better. And it also awarded him with a podium finish last season. He is in 5th place now in the championship, 22 points behind leader Quartarararo which is still a workable distance.

In the previous San Marino winners we can find two experienced riders, Andrea Dovizioso and Valentino Rossi. Well, the Ducati rider Italian might repeat his performance, he has the odds of 9.00 to get the victory. Dovizioso is probably the most balanced rider of this season. He’s got one win, one podium finish, and no retirements so far. He is chasing Quartararo and with a better finish than the French, he can take the lead in the overall standings. While the most successful rider in this circuit is the Doctor, Valentino Rossi with three previous victories. His chance to get another one is quite low, but in this season really anything can happen. So who knows, his odds to win are 16.00 on 1xBet.
