British online gaming solutions providing company Scientific Games will bring together its Barcrest, Games Media and The Global Draw subsidiaries under the newly formed SG Gaming umbrella brand to concentrate on the international markets.
SG Gaming is headquartered in the green Feltham area of West London, with additional offices in Manchester and the Midlands. SG Gaming’s international offices will be located in Puerto Rico and Mexico.
The new British online gambling brand will see Steve Frater as its executive Chairman, Ian Timmis as chief executive officer, Robert White as chief operating officer and Gareth Phillips as chief technology officer.
Online gambling news in the UK report that the four existing brands will be led by their present managing directors in the future. Further reports on their future operation, or possible close-down is not known.
