Now that the Royal Ascot of 2015 has ended, here is an overview of what happened during the race.

Ladies and gentlemen obviously not wearing ridiculous hats, I regret to announce that the Royal Ascot of 2015 has ended. However, fans of online sportsbooks in the UK needn’t worry: we have every result here, tied up in a nice bow for them. If you didn’t manage to get a ticket to this high-end event (or just didn’t want to get one,) read on for the summary.
• A win is always a team effort
• Undrafted won the Diamond Jubilee
• Oriental Fox won the Queen Alexandra

Let’s talk about the Diamond Jubilee Stakes for a bit. All you have to know about it is that it is open to horses either four years old or older and that the distance is 1,207 meters. So. Now that you know the basics, it’s time to skip to the fun part: the winners! Undrafted, the wonderful thoroughbred (originally bred in Kentucky, US, according to Horse racing nation,) came out with pretty impressive results in the Stakes. The race was close for a while there, excitement of punters at its peak, because Brazen Beau was very near Undrafted at the last couple of meters… But, Undrafted switched to turbo speed and crossed the finish line first.

Frankie Dettori rode Undrafted to victory

It was a close call, but Undrafted and Dittori were meant to win it

"Unbelievable. On the line I knew I won. I didn't get close to Ryan but three winners is great." This is what Frankie Dettori wrote on Twitter after the race. The tension and happiness that he probably felt comes through perfectly; the race truly was incredibly close, so it’s no wonder that Dettori was feeling over the moon. I can only imagine how people using mobile betting sites betting on Undrafted must have felt… the infinite euphoria…Well. This is not only a win for Dettori and Undrafted, but for Wesley Ward, the trainer of Undrafted, too. As Dettori told The Guardian: “Wesley is a good friend of mine and a big supporter so it gives me so much pleasure to win this for him.”

Wesley Ward also had a couple of nice words to say about Undrafted and Dettori: “He’s been training great, he really has, and Frankie just has the magic touch. He’s a magical guy, a real go-getter as we’d say.” And now, for the other contestants and the payouts. According to Sporting Life, the victory of Undrafted (with 14-1 odds,) was GBP 297,728. Brazen Beau came second with a GBP 112,875 payout (7-2j odds,) Astaire was third with a GBP 56,490 payout (25-1 odds) and Music Master (I love these names!) trotted in fourth with a GBP 28,140 payout, with 14-1 odds. Internet casino fans, I hope the odds worked in your favour. If not, better luck next time.

The last Stakes and some British rain

And where are the rear legs..? Oh, it’s jockey Graig Williams

The Queen Alexandra Stakes were equally thrilling for everyone (especially those betting on mobile casinos); Oriental Fox switched on his Nitro supplies in the final stretch and won the race with flying colors. At The Races’ posted on Twitter the following after the race: “Oriental Fox has run away with the Queen Alexandra. Superb training performance from Mark Johnston.” But, this is a victory of Joe Fanning, the jockey riding Oriental Fox, too. Bleacher Report stated that the horse has had some issues in the past with consistent wins (or losses,) but thanks to this win, its owners will definitely profit.

Oriental Fox is meant to run in the Northumberland Plate Festival too, and punters have very high hopes for this amazing horse. No wonder. Oriental Fox’ payout was GBP 37,350. The three remaining top competitors of the Queen Alexandra Stakes include Taws in second place, with a GBP 11,184 payout; Teak in third place with a GBP 5,592 payout and Wicklow Brave at fourth place with a GBP 2,796 payout. This beautiful win provided a worthy closure to one of the most prestigious horse races in our time, and hopefully, we will see some of these horses excel in the next couple of years to come.
