I don’t think there exists a person who doesn’t love this wonderful man. Let’s see his probably behavior in a casino.

Spoiler Alert!
Hershel Greene was one of this show’s best characters. He lived and breathed for his family, he loved his children and did everything in his power for the group. He didn’t care if it meant risking his own life. He used to be a veterinary doc pre-apocalypse, but when someone was ill or dying, he would take care of them, no questions asked. The group has a lot to thank Hershel, especially Rick, since Hershel was the one who saved Carl’s life. Hershel’s simply the best.

• A well-read and intelligent person
• His role was to save everyone
• A good person till the end

Since Hershel is a person who craves no grandeur, he wouldn’t feel comfortable in a lavish luxury casino. On the other hand, since he loves meeting people, he would do great in a small US poker room, where he would keep on winning due to his vast experience in life and reading people. Not many things can be kept from him; he spots inconsistencies and observes. He is very sharp and likes things out in the open. He faces problems head-on. He is also a fair person: at first, he is suspicious of Rick and the group (especially Glenn, when he senses that something is going on between Maggie and him.) When he sees, however, that they are good people, he loosens up.

Trust and wisdom are a great combination

The reason why I adore Hershel is his wisdom and ability to trust based on intuition. He doesn’t trust the group at first, but helps them nonetheless when Carl’s life is hanging by a thread. He is a truly good person. He also knows his limits, but tries everything in his power to push those limits. He isn’t a doctor, but saves people on numerous occasions. He’s an intelligent and well-read man. He also never gives up. When he is bit by a Walker, and his leg is amputated, he pulls himself quickly together. He starts thinking of ways to make life in a such a hostile environment work, even though he has a severe handicap.

In any given situation, he manages to pull himself and the group together. His distrust for Glenn quickly fades when he sees just how much Glenn loves his daughter and approves of their marriage. This also shows that Hershel is not a person who is stubborn beyond reason. He would definitely be a poker winner, be it a live game or a game on a
mobile casino gambling site; his extreme sharpness would prove him right each time. Regarding group dynamics, he becomes the “village elder,” who knows everything and who can heal. Everyone with a problem will turn to his for counseling, which shows how much he’s respected and loved.

The self-sacrificing advisor of Rick

Not only does Hershel provide guidance to members of the group, he is also the confidante of Rick. And he gives good pieces of advice, too. Hershel is also a guardian angel. He doesn’t regard his life as too important, so when there is a flu break-out at the prison, he is the first to jump into harm’s way and try to save everyone. My favorite quote from his comes during this crisis: “Now, I can make these people fell better and hang on a little bit longer. I can save lives. And that’s enough reason to risk mine.” He grasps an important fact: they are in constant danger and will die anyways. Why not help why you can?

Hershel would love going into a small casino and playing some live game. He would prefer this to mobile casinos, because even in the show, he loves interacting with others. He lives and breathes human contact and he is a very likeable person, too. No wonder then, that everyone hates The Governor (ugh,) who brutally murders poor Hershel. Even before he dies, Hershel is hopeful that The Governor would believe Rick and act like a human being, which is a testimony to Hershel’s faith in people. It is a pity that he is gone, because he was a pivotal part of the group.
