The DGE is responsible for protecting the public interest by maintaining a legitimate and viable industry through enforcement of the casino laws and regulations. The CCC on the other side is responsible for issuing licenses, certificates, or permits on recommendations of the DGE. According to US Virgin Islands gambling laws, minors, under 21 years of age are prohibited to participate in any gambling activities.
