SBIF Announces New Action Plan to Fight Corrupt Sports Betting in the UK

Corrupt sports betting in the UK is an important task for Sports Betting Integrity Forum, and they aim to protect punters from illegal gambling activities. In order to reach that, they connected several actors who are in power of being able to help them. These participants involve Law Enforcement agencies, Player Associations, betting operators, sports governing bodies and the Gambling Commission, among others. Protecting sports betting integrity is one of their most important tasks, Sport and Gambling Minister Tracey Crouch said.

Participant who are contributed in the creation of Sports Betting Integrity Action Plan are quite positive and expect a lot of positive impacts from the plan. SBIF Joint chairs Darren Bailey and Mike O’Kane highlighted the importance of how crucial it is to avoid even the smallest threat against sports betting’s legitimacy and safety.
