The last event of this season’s FedEx Cup playoffs, the 2021 Tour Championship will decide the winner of the cup and the $15 million. Patrick Cantlay, the winner of the previous event at the BMW Championship leads the overall standings and starts with a lead. Several players can still get the final victory though. Including the world ranking leader Jon Rahm and former US Open champion Bryson DeChambeau. We can also find several previous tournament winners in the field like Rory McIlroy, Jordan Spieth, and defending champion Dustin Johnson. Their victory would be a surprise though this time at the East Lake Golf Club. Which has been hosting the tournament since 2004.

2021 Tour Championship Winner Odds Favor The Overall Leader

Patrick Cantlay got his third win in the season after finishing on top at the BMW Championship last weekend. The 29-year-old American leads the FedEx Cup standings thanks to his great results this year. Which include a runner-up finish in The American Express tournament and a T3 finish at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Cantlay will make his fourth appearance in the last five years at the Tour Championship where he has been struggling so far. But after his recent form, online sportsbooks in the US offer the smallest odds, +400 for his victory. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyTbeFa3eqc Same odds are offered for the world No1 Jon Rahm in the 2021 Tour Championship winner odds. The Spanish player was leading the Cup until last weekend but he only finished in T9 there. He is now in fourth place in the standings and will start with a four-stroke behind. But Rahm can still win the Cup just like Rory McIlroy did two years ago from a similar deficit. Especially in a season where he won his first major title at the 2021 US Open and finished in the top ten on 13 occasions. Bryson DeChambeau is currently in third place in the Cup and mentioned with the odds of +500.00 to win it. The 2020 US Open winner has one win this season and a third-place finish from The Players Championship. He was also playing well last weekend and finished second, making him another big favorite.

2021 Tour Championship Winner Odds: Who are Previous Winners and Less Obvious Favorites?

The winner of last year’s Tour Championship and FedEx Cup, world No2 Dustin Johnson stands only in 15th place in this year’s standings. But DJ can produce a great performance in Atlanta following his T6 finish in Maryland. Just like two-time tournament winner Rory McIlroy, who will start from a significant deficit this time. But the 4-time major champion finished fourth last weekend which can be a good sign ahead of the last event this season. His odds to get the win are +2500.00, while Johnson has the odds of +2000.00 on Intertops. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZuQlEtSrJ8 Several experts mentioned in the favorites Sungjae I'm, who only has the odds of +4000.00 on online gambling sites in the US. The runner-up in the 2020 Masters finished third last weekend, which was his best result this year. Now the South Korean can continue in the same style and get his second PGA Tour victory. Sam Burns is currently in 10th place in the overall standings. But the young American also plays well on a course with Bermuda greens, just like I'm.  Burns has the odds of +3300.00 now to win the tournament. Which could be his second victory in the season after his win in the Valspar Championship. He also got a T2-finish in the World Golf Championship a few weeks ago, making him a big threat to all his rivals.
