The king is dead, long live the king. If politics were any more mercenary it would be carrying G36 assault rifle. No sooner has Donald Trump lost the election than the GOP are already looking for fresh blood. That’s why you can already bet on the 2024 Republican nominee at online sportsbook sites in the US like Bovada. Everyone is wondering who, and just how similar to Donald Trump, their next candidate will be. There are some interesting suggestions. You can bet on Donald Trump and his electoral performances have left the political establishment in the US with some questions to answer. The Democrats need to work out how they nearly lost, the Republicans why they didn’t win. What may prove key to both those efforts will be an understanding of the people to whom Donald Trump appealed. Those who were not previously a feature on the political landscape. Anyone placing a bet on the 2024 Republican Nominee will also need to understand them. Democrats need to so they can lure them across the aisle, Republicans to ensure they don’t fade away. The analysts are already hard at work pumping out numbers. Both sides will then have to decide if the old ways still apply or if this is a whole new ball game. If it is, then a bet on the 2024 Republican Nominee could get pretty wild. Of course, anyone in the US gambling laws of common sense might come into play is wrong. Trump may have signposted a new status quo.

New Status Quo May Mean US Is Beyond Going Back

Trump proved the viability of nationalistic right-wing populism winning the White House. Some GOP strategists will want to hang on to those tactics. Especially if they’re facing off against Kamala Harris. Some of them perhaps a little too much. Indeed, you can bet on the 2024 Republican Nominee being Donald Trump again. He’s even favorite. But that’s a pipedream. Donald Trump won’t place himself again in a situation where he might so publicly lose.
Odds On The 2024 GOP Nominee
  • Chris Christie – 66/1
  • Kanye West – 33/1
  • Tucker Carlson – 16/1
  • Ivanka Trump – 12/1
  • Nikki Haley – 7/1
  • Mike Pence – 6/1
  • Donald Trump – 7/2
Not that your bet on the 2024 Republican Nominee can totally ignore the name Trump. You can bet on Ivanka Trump getting the slot at 12/1. Unsurprisingly, given they’re both non-starters, that’s the same price you can get on Ted Cruz. More sensibly, against Harris, however, is Nikki Haley at 7/1. Up against Harris she’d definitely be worth a punt at online betting sites in the US like Bovada. Certainly, you have to think her more likely than Mike Pence at this point.

Hit Up Bovada To Bet On The 2024 Republican Nominee

Nikki Haley would be a return to the old style of politics. Substance over symbolism. She’s thus a good bet on the 2024 Republican Nominee. Certainly a better one than a bet on Tucker Carlson at 16/1, Marco Rubio at 33/1 or Chris Christie at 66/1. Of course, if they really wanted to continue the Trump legacy in the manner to which we have become accustomed they could just plump for Kanye West. He also gets 33/1. A price you can’t help thinking should be quite a fair bit longer.
Bet On The 2024 US Election
  • Michelle Obama – 33/1
  • Tucker Carlson – 33/1
  • Pete Buttigieg – 33/1
  • Dwayne Johnson – 25/1
  • Ivanka Trump – 25/1
  • Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez – 16/1
  • Mike Pence – 11/1
  • Nikki Haley – 14/1
  • Donald Trump – 7/1

They say a week is a long time in politics, but four years sail by in an instant. It really won’t be long now till a bet on the 2024 Republican Nominee won’t seem like sniping. That it’ll be the issue of the day, shaping the next election. The one thing that’s for sure is that a bet on politics in the US is going to be precisely the same as a bet on sports in the US soon. Just picking a team of people playing a game. Just where that leaves democracy, alas, is a totally different question.
