An important bill that would have allowed for the regulation and legalization of online gambling in Pennsylvania has failed to get passed in time.

For a time, it seemed like Pennsylvania would soon establish a set of laws that would have allowed for the legalization and regulation of online gambling. Only three states have established a set of laws like this, although several others introduced similar bills this session.

Now, officials with inside knowledge of the bill have made US gambling news by reporting that it is unlikely to pass this year. The Senate is unlikely to act on the bill, according to Casey Long, despite it being passed in the House of Parliament by a margin of 114-85.

The state has until November 30th to pass the bill to legalize online gambling in Pennsylvania, called HB2150. If that does not happen, it will need to be reintroduced next January for the next legislative session. Pennsylvania lawmakers are said to be undecided on the bill, but they have support from many of the biggest DFS sites in the US.

What gambling sites can you access here now?

Although Pennsylvania still has not developed a set of laws regarding online gambling, there are a number of online gambling sites in the US that will accept players here. Sports betting, casino gambling, and online bingo is all possible in the state.

One of the most popular gambling sites that accept players in Pennsylvania is Intertops. They are highly reviewed and offer betting lines for a wide range of sports, as well as casino gambling and online bingo games.
