Lucky Ontario Man goes 15-for-15 on the NFL’s Week 3 games.

Not everyone lost on the Monday Night Football game between Seattle Seahawks and the Green Bay Packers. According to sources specialized on online gambling news in Canada, one lucky punter got $725,000 richer thanks to the controversial touch down call made by substitute referees.

Ontario citizen Gino DiFelice was one of the few who bet on sports in Canada favoring the underdog Seahawks. As the replacement officials awarded the call to Seattle, DiFelice went jumping from joy.

The Canadian managed to score one of the most unlikely betting odds, getting an amazing $725,274 in a Proline win that saw him going 15-for-15 on the NFL’s Week 3 games.

What is the most amazing about DiFelice’s jackpot is that the lucky fellow had to pay only $5 for the ticket.

DiFelice told the QMI press agency in Canada earlier: “I still can’t believe it. It’s funny when you think of it. It’s unbelievable.”

And here’s the best part: DiFelice won with his 12-year old daughter ‘s picks.

DiFelice explained: “Every week I do a ticket with my picks, and then I ask my kids – Mia, 12 and Marco, 10 – who they like.”

The lucky winner continued: “The winner was the ticket my daughter consulted me on. The funniest part is, the ticket I made all of the picks myself, I only got four right.”

DiFelice would have still won a considerable amount of money, had the right call been made for the Packers, but he would have had to split his winnings with at least five other people. But according to the bet rules and Canadian gambling laws, his daughter’s fantastic pick meant that he won that money all by himself.

NFL is supposed to return to normal with the regular officials comeback. But football is a game of surprises and we can be certain that the Packers – Seahawks match was not the only game that we will remember.
