He must have loved going there for putting so much faith in his school’s team. Unlike Kanye West, Mark Zuckerberg didn’t make a joke out of the March Madness betting, he actually took it pretty seriously, even though the fact that he put his wager on Harvard becoming national champions. Of course that didn’t happen, but apart from that... For example, he put eventual champion Duke in the Final Four and even the Final! He must have known something...
Dick Vitale believed in Duke from the very first moment
Dick Vitale is definitely someone whose words about basketball should be taken seriously: he is a great expert. Having been a commentator for years, he has grown great expertise in connection with the sport. He felt it all the way that in 2015, Duke was the best team in college basketball, so he didn’t make too much of a drama in predicting the winner of the national championship. Vitale was sure that his internet betting on Duke’s triumph was a definite success. He didn’t even bother trying anything different!
It was all about Duke for Dick.
Celebrity March Madness Brackets: Not even Kevin Durant...
Kevin Durant, another basketball expert has also filled out his own bracket, however his March Madness betting was a bit less successful. He also saw Duke’s way onto the Final, however he believed that there was an even stronger side in 2015: the former MVP predicted that Kentucky was going to defeat Duke and hence become national champion. He was wrong: Kentucky made it to the Final Four, where they lost to Wisconsin, who lost to Duke in the final.
Carmelo Anthony was not as hard-working as he is on the court
Carmelo Anthony, another professional basketball player, has also filled out his betting tips, which means he also earned a place at the list of famous people’s March Madness brackets. Just like Kevin Durant, Anthony also thought that Kentucky were going to the final. He even filled the bracket’s Western and Midwestern sheets. However, instead of telling his opinion about the Eastern and Southern teams, he just simply wrote “I don’t want to finish the second half.” He didn’t even guess who’ll win the golden medal.

March Madness is also a thing for cinematography participants
For example, Richard Linklater has also filled out his March Madness bracket, however he did that back in 2003. In this year, Syracuse won the championship, playing the final game against Kansas. The director of Boyhood, School of Rock and the romantic trilogy Before Sunrise, Before Sunset and Before Midnight, believed that Syracuse were going to lose to Okla, and Kansas to Arizona. His predictions were not realized.
John Isner was best out of all celebrity brackets for March Madness
Let’s get back to the world of sports, and to more recent years! John Isner, professional tennis player is also a big fan of the March Madness hysteria. He even makes wagers at online gambling sites in the US. And he does it very well! The 30-year-old’s guesses were by far better than any other famous people’s March Madness brackets. All that, despite the fact that he missed to bet on Duke winning the championship. He though Wisconsin was the best team in 2015.
Kelley O’Hara did pretty bad compared to other famous people’s March Madness brackets
The US women’s international football player also did a bit of March Madness betting to complete the list of famous people’s March Madness bracket. She even started with quite a few pretty good guesses in the first round, but from then on, all her teams went down. She though Duke will be knocked out in the Top 8. They weren’t, as we know by now.
President Obama is also a fan of March Madness betting…
…but he is not very good at it. In addition, if he chooses your favorite team to be the national champion…you better start thinking about switching teams, because the President of the United States is not really lucky with college basketball betting. Barack fills out his bracket every year, yet he doesn’t have much luck.

He mostly chooses the better-seeded teams which is not the best March Madness betting strategy, but when he doesn't, he is actually pretty good at predicting some upsets. In spite of that, Barack Obama makes us realize one thing for sure: you can do online sports betting or you can lead the most powerful country in the world. The two don’t go well together.
