Croatian Government Lottery will Add 3D Online Casino Games in 2011

On January 24, Hrvatska Lutrija, the Croatian State Lottery (CSL) signed a new deal with Greece based Intralot Interactive, the provider of online casino gaming technology and content. The contact will provide CSL operated online casino in Croatia with 'cutting edge' online casino style games, including a certified Keno game using a proprietary Random Number Generator. CSL will also install three new types of online scratch cards that will better fit the Croatian gambling market. In addition, Intralot will help Hrvatska Lutrija with technical services including marketing and integration with mobile systems.

The existing portfolio of Online Croatian State Lottery casino games will expand to include five new casino style games using revolutionary graphics and 3D animation. The planned online addition to CSL library of casino style games will include Roulette, Lucky Dice, Horse Racing, Super Goal and Victory at Sea. Due to Croatian public's overwhelming belief in wide spread corruption of Government Agencies, the Random Number Generator for all online casino games will be administered by Intralot Interactive, and hosted at a 'location outside Croatian jurisdiction.'

Ms. Vesna Bakran, the director of Hrvatska Lutrija (Croatian State Lottery), stated in a press release, "We are very satisfied with our cooperation with Intralot Interactive for the development of the Croatian Lottery's Internet gaming platform. The CSL online sportsbooks in Croatia are the most popular form of sports betting, with almost 19% of total bets coming from online gamblers. After only four months of operation, the turnover of all games offered on the Internet reached 9% of the total lottery turnover. Intralot is a partner one can firmly rely on."

According to Croatian gambling laws, online gambling is legal for citizens of Croatia both at local and foreign online casinos.
