The Bulgarian State Commission on Gambling have added five more online gambling websites to their blacklist of domains prohibited from operating in Bulgaria.

These are just the most recent online gambling sites in Bulgaria to join the list; a total of 203 websites have now been blacklisted by the regulatory body.

Bulgarian internet service providers are currently required to block players in the country from accessing any of the listed sites, should they try to do so.

The Commission intends to ensure that all gambling carried out online be done through a trusted website, and looks to remove any they are unsure about or threatened by.

Unlicensed and Un-trusted

Amongst the websites now banned from offering online and mobile betting services in Bulgaria, are domains operated by popular online providers Cherry Casino and Sportingbet.

Equatorcasino.com, Jackpot.com and Oxygen9casino.com have also been listed as unlicensed and un-trusted websites by the Bulgarian regulator, and are therefore prohibited to use.

Licensed and safe sites are still accessible to players within and out with the country.
