A deal has been struck to transform land-based titles into online gaming material for game’ fans pleasure

The Australian slot studio of online gaming company NYX Gaming Group, NextGen Gaming, has agreed with Lightning Box to allow the traditional land-based slot titles of Lightning Box Games to be created and distributed for online gaming, in both the HTML5 and Flash format, on NYX Gaming Group’s broad distribution network.

Lightning Box, which is also Australia-based and NextGen, will create a series of games on the NextGen GDM platform. These games will then be launched throughout NYX Gaming’s global distribution network. Dolphin Gold slot will be the first online game to be produced from the agreement. This will mean NYX Gaming’s partners can now have well-known land-based games available for mobile casinos and other online social players.

Mobile Users happy to take advantage of land-based gaming experience online

Peter Causley, managing director of Lightning Box, commented that “NYX Gaming Group’s vast access to operators around the globe was highly appealing when considering options for getting our games to market. We are excited to take our 21 years of land-based gaming experience online with our highly esteemed new partners, and for our games to extend their reach into the e-gaming world with NYX Gaming Group”.

Meanwhile commercial director at NYX Gaming, David Johnson, said of the partnership that Lightning Box has allowed NYX Gaming to diversify its products under Australian gambling laws. He further stat-ed that “Development involved both the game studio and delivery aspects of our group business”.
