Like a scene in a teenage comedy movie, a girl believes she's won the lottery, tells everyone, and then excitedly calls up the lottery company. Yes, they say you're a winner. Celebrations all around! They even sent her a congratulatory email. But the world is a cruel and heartless place. In truth, her lottery winning numbers were correct. But when she bought it, she didn't have enough funds in her bank account for the ticket sale to go through. So, after all those high hopes, everything came down to earth with a crash.

How To Lose The Lottery With Lottery Winning Numbers

With teachers being paid less and less, it's no surprise that the standards of education are falling around the world. This is also true in the UK. Technically this means that students are becoming dumber and dumber. A good example of this is a certain Rachel Kennedy. She believed that she had won £182 million with a EuroMillions jackpot win. The hilarious part of the story is that she then discovered that the lottery winning numbers she thought she'd bought hadn't been registered. Because the purchase didn't go through due to a lack of funds in her bank account.

Even The Stupid Can Be Pitied

As you can imagine, the poor dear was absolutely devastated and said she was left heartbroken. After seeing the winning numbers, she immediately called her boyfriend, Liam McCrohan, and her mum to break the fantastic news to them. According to online lottery news in the UK, the 19-year-old girl only had £2.50 in her bank account. Which was not enough for the lottery winning numbers on the ticket to be entered into the draw. Had she used theLotter to buy her ticket she could have been certain the ticket was kosher. Painful lesson learned.

Camalot Trolling Lottery Winning Numbers

Nevertheless, Camelot, the company that runs the UK Lottery kindly sent an email the following day. It was congratulating her on her winnings! Talk about trolling! Apparently, she used the same lottery winning numbers 5 weeks in a row. These were 6,12, 22, 29, 33,6,and 11. Unfortunately, there was nothing for Rachel to do. Camalot apologized for their email claiming it was a glitch in their system. Ever optimistic, the company then wished the best of luck in future draws. That must of hurt. As Eminem sang in Lose Yourself, "Snap back to reality, ope there goes gravity."

A Promising Career In Financial Management

The teenager from Hertfordshire told the Sun Newspaper, "I called the number thinking that I had won £182million and they said 'yeah you've got the right numbers but you didn't have the funds in your account for the payment of the ticket so it didn't actually go through. "I was on top of the world when I thought I had won, but when I found out I hadn't, Liam was actually more upset than me." Yeah, but if she'd bought her ticket with theLotter, she wouldn't have found herself in this predicament. On calling the special number, she was met with a message telling her that her numbers were a winning match. A few moments later she realized her unfortunate mistake. The girl that lost, but with lottery winning numbers that won. It almost sounds poetic. A spokesperson for Camelot said,  "We're aware of Rachel's story and hope she gets in early to buy a ticket for the next big draw." With that attitude, she's been better off forging her lottery ticket.

Alzheimer's Lottery Winning Numbers

Just earlier this month, a grandmother thought she'd become a EuroMillions winner. With fantasies of changing her life completely before death comes a-knocking, she now continues to live in a dank and mouldy apartment. Margaret the Micheli, aged 72, only checked her lottery winning numbers well after the claims window. In belatedly doing so, she missed out on a £34 million jackpot. As they say, life is hard. And then you die!
