The Administrative Court of Appeal found that claiming additional taxes of SEK 94.4 million by the tax authority between 2007 and 2010 was out of the boundaries of Swedish gambling laws.

NetEnt reported the above figure as contingent liability and had claimed that they had complied with Swedish taxation laws during the disputed period. They were favored by the decision, but this doesn’t affect their financial position, according to the company, beyond the compensation that will cover their legal expenditures in the case.
