Playtech employs a new revolutionizing multi-channel solution, as they hope to create a new breed of sportsbook.
Mobile sports betting customers will now have the chance to use only one account, which will be applicable to all online gaming accounts in the UK. The system was initially devised in order to allow for greater levels of flexibility to online players.
Multi-channel is already in use by the Coral sportsbook, which facilitates full services across its 1,800 betting shops.
The retail system allows for players to bets on casino games, over-the-counter and fixed odds betting terminals. Customers are also able to deposit or withdraw their funds from any online operator from the same account.
Playtech’s Chief Operating Officer, Shay Segev, conveyed his excitement and determination that Playtech is now on par with other sportsbooks, as it aims to be a leader in the industry.
