Gambling in Grenada is legal in much of its variety. Within the Grenadine gambling legislation, the Casino Gaming Act from 2014 is considered to be the main regulatory act of all gambling activities in the country. This Act regulates the licensing of casinos limiting the possibility for a license only to bodies that own or manage a hotel of at least 300 rooms approved or accredited by the Grenada Tourism Authority or approved by the Minister of Finance. The regulatory body of the land-based activities in the country is the Gaming Commission, formed with the Gaming Commission Bill from 2016.
