The Shriners Hospitals for Children Open was first held in 1983 under the name of Panasonic Las Vegas Pro-Celebrity Classic. It had the biggest purse at that time with $750,000, now this amount is $7 million. The tournament got its current name in 2007 when the hospital took over the operations of the event. The famous pop star, Justin Timberlake hosted the open between 2008 and 2012 besides playing in the celebrity pro-am. We can find Webb Simpson, Patrick Cantlay, and Bryson DeChambeau in the previous winners. While Martin Laird and Kevin Na won the tournament twice from the still active players. Laird is also the defending champion and will compete this weekend as well. Along with several top players as four-time major winner Brooks Koepka and Ryder Cup participant Viktor Hovland.

2021 Shriners Children Open Predictions Offer The Same Odds For Several Players

Brooks Koepka didn’t have too many good results last season after suffering from injuries. He still won the 2021 Phoenix Open in February and finished tied for second in the 2021 PGA Championship. The American was also a member of the Ryder Cup-winning US team last month where he won his Sunday singles match against Bernd Wiesberger. Koepka finished second here in 2016 and T4 in 2014. Now his odds to win the event are 23.00. Online sportsbooks in Norway offer the same odds for their favorite, Viktor Hovland who will make his debut appearance in the tournament. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3n62w1RNto The world No14 finished T5 in the Tour Championship and he also got four top-three finishes last season. Now the 24-year-old Norwegian can continue his great run in Las Vegas. The 2021 Shriners Children Open predictions also mention American Scottie Scheffler in the favorites. Ha was also picked for the US team in this year’s Ryder Cup in spite of not having any win in the PGA Tour. Which proved to be a good decision after he won his singles match against world No1 Jon Rahm. Scheffler was close to winning in this year’s Dell Technologies Match Play but finished as runner-up at the end. Now he also has the odds of 23.00 to get his first PGA Tour victory.

Other Top-Form Players and Previous Tournament Winners

Abraham Ancer had a great end of the previous season after winning his first PGA Tour title in the 2021 WGC-FedEx St Jude Invitational. The Mexican player also finished second in the 2021 Wells Fargo Championship and fourth in the Travelers Championship this summer. Ancer also got two fourth-place finishes from this tournament and the odds of 23.00 to win now. Just like another player in great form, Sam Burns who won the Sanderson Farms Championship last week. It was the 25-year-old American’s second win in the Tour following his victory at the 2021 Valspar Championship. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pV7G4nXUW_0 Online gambling sites in Norway offer the odds of 29.00 for the victory of Webb Simpson. The 2012 US Open winner won in Las Vegas in 2013 and has been a regular contestant ever since. He didn’t have a great last season and fell back to 24th place in the world rankings. But Simpson finished in the top 10 in his last four appearances here and might get an even better result this time. The defending champion, Scottish Martin Laird got his second victory here last year but the world No133 player’s chances are much lower to win again with the odds of 161.00 on bet365.
