Bavarian powerhouse Bayern Munich are still top of Bundesliga and they’re the obvious favourites to clinch the league title yet again, despite witnessing a chance in management recently. Barcelona have missed out on the league title last season as well as the Champions League trophy, as their main rivals Real Madrid swooped both of those crowns. The Catalans ended their season by clinching the only remaining “big title” - Copa del Rey.

But this season’s results indicate that they’ve managed to turn things around in their favour yet again; after 12 rounds in Lal Liga, Barcelona have won all but one match that ended in a draw. And surprisingly, this weekend’s opponents Valencia are right behind them in second – merely 4 points behind.
