In a bid to move into real-money gaming, Gamzio Mobile strikes a deal with eGambling specialist CashBet.

The social casino gambling company has recently signed a letter of intent to form a partnership with the software platform provider CashBet in its transition into the real-money gaming market.

While Gamzio has been a social gaming site to date, the company has decided to dip its toe in the water of real-money gambling after identifying the financial opportunities available.

CashBet at present provides platforms to companies offering real-money online and mobile gambling, under US gambling laws, to online gambling companies in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal.

Gamzio team up with CashBet

The new will use the platform offered by CashBet as a medium in which to access the turnkey system that will handle a number of areas like licensing, player verification as well as banking issues, allowing Gamzio to offer eGambling in regulated areas.

The new partnership will open up Gamzio into the lucrative area of mobile casino gambling and the online sector, not to mention the potential of the US market that is slowly opening up to online gambling.

“With jurisdictions opening up rapidly to allow real-money gambling, this partnership puts us in a position to take full advantage of this fast-growing segment of the gaming industry,” said Gamzio’s CEO, Jason Deiboldt.

CEO of CashBet, Dr. Mike Reeves added: “We're looking forward to a long-term relationship with Gamzio to help them successfully build out the real-money gaming channel of their business.”
