In hopes of raising the overall gaming experience, Ladbrokes is looking to implement artificial turf and special scents in their stores.

Gambling news reports that Ladbrokes’ High Street stores will receive a remodeling that will feature unique scents and turfs that will help create an authentic feeling of old school football terraces. They believe this will help them set themselves apart from their competitors and offer a special gaming atmosphere that will not be matched anywhere else.

A company by the name of Fitch Design will provide their expertise with layouts and designs that will create the football feeling that the betting provider is after. Their London stores will also boast a new variety of digital systems which will contribute to emulating a more social and welcoming environment while betting.

Director at Ladbrokes has high hopes for the new direction

The group property and procurement directory of Ladbrokes, Chris Robson, highlighted how the company intends to create a different playing standard that will help offer the kind of gaming services that cannot be found elsewhere. “The new shop aims to differentiate Ladbrokes from the normal traditional format of the betting shop.”

The mobile betting provider will also introduce big interactive screens instead of the window displays, which will show information pertaining to the latest sports results and other interesting info. The new design and remodeling pursuits are intended to make punters and sports fans stay in Ladbrokes stores to watch and enjoy live matches on big screens.
