Their job is pretty much making gamers happy.

The manager is the linking bridge between the club owners and the team players and the staff. Obviously, the owners decide about the most important stuff in the life of an eSports organization. Starting from which competitions to run, all through which players and/or coaches to sign, it’s all the responsibilities of the team owners and the directive board.
