The review was “vital to our efforts to pre-empt opportunities and challenges” or so they say. Unfortunately, they’ve tainted that a little with the whole “levelling up” paradigm they invented. They want to forward a covenant approach, even using the word “holistic” with a straight font. So as we try to hit the winning lottery numbers they’re trying to paint the big picture. We are to see a sharing of resources and funding to further the “health of local civic and community life”.

“We are fully committed to open conversations with these groups to explore what we have learned and to also understand pre-existing community challenges.” Said Nigel Huddleston the Minister for Civil Society. He claims he wants to bring volunteers, charities, businesses and local councils together to best use the funds the lottery provides.
