The 2021/22 Europa League is getting close to the final, with only four teams being left in the competition. In the first semi-final, West Ham United will play against Eintracht Frankfurt while RB Leipzig will host the Rangers. West Ham has already made history by reaching the last four in the cup for the first time in 46 years. But surely they will aim to reach the final and win the first trophy for the club since 1964/65. The Premier League team knocked out Olympique Lyon with a confident, 3-0 victory away following a 1-1 draw in the first match. Now West Ham will meet Eintracht Frankfurt who ended FC Barcelona’s hope for a trophy this season.

The WHU v Frankfurt Betting Tips Favor The Home Team In The First Game

West Ham United has been having a superb season so far. The team is in seventh place in the Premier League. But only two points from the Europa League place. In the current Europa League season, the club has reached the semi-final. Interestingly they will face Eintracht Frankfurt there. The club who were their opponent the last time when West Ham got to the semi-final, in the 1975/76 season. Then the English team won 4-3 on aggregate but lust against Anderlecht in the final.

Online sportsbooks in the UK favor David Moyes’ team now to win the first leg at home. They offer the odds of 1.85 for a home victory in their WHU v Frankfurt betting tips. But the team needs to play better than against Lyon to get the advantage. Declan Rice can lead the team along with top goalscorers Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio. While experienced goalkeeper, Lukasz Fabianski can stop the Frankfurt attacks. West Ham won their group in the autumn, then knocked out Sevilla and Lyon. What a huge improvement by the team that was fighting against relegation in the last few years. This season they can even win a trophy and finish in the top six in the Premier League.

Frankfurt Will Do Everything For The Win

Eintracht Frankfurt has caused the biggest surprise of this season’s Europa League with its win against FC Barcelona. The German club managed to win 3-2 in Camp Nou in the second leg of the quarter-final with the brilliant goals of Filip Kostic and Rafael Borre.

Following a 1-1 draw at home, they secured their place in the semi-final with this win. Two years ago, in  2019 Chelsea stopped them thereafter winning the penalty shoot-out following two 1-1 draw.  Another draw in London has a good chance with online gambling sites in the UK offering the odds of 3.60 for this result.

Oliver Glasner’s team is not doing so well in the Bundesliga, as they stand only in 10th place. But in the Europa League, Frankfurt won their group and defeated Real Betis and Barcelona in the knockout stage. The Serbian winger, Filip Kostic has five assists and three goals in the tournament so far. He can play a key part in another victory. Just like Columbian forward, Rafael Santos Borre, who has scored nine goals in the season. Frankfurt also has a great goalkeeper in Kevin Trapp who produced 25 saves. While Austrian defender Martin Hinteregger wants to prove his skills after missing the penalty against Chelsea two years ago. Frankfurt won this cup in 1980 and can repeat this success this season. First, though they need to get through to the final with the odds of 2.37 to do so.
