The 2020-21 FA Cup will reach the quarter-finals stage this weekend with only one non-Premier League team left in the competition. The Leicester vs Manchester United game promised to be the biggest derby but the other three games should bring some excitement too. In the FA Cup quarter-finals betting predictions Chelsea and Manchester City are favored to win their ties, while a more tight result is expected at the other two games.

Only eight teams are left in this season’s FA Cup tournament, who will meet each other this weekend, 20th and 21st of March in the quarter-finals. Bournemouth are the only non-top league team in the competition, after the Cherries defeated Burnley in the previous round. They will now face Southampton, who knocked out Wolverhampton in the last 32.  Everton and Manchester United could only win in the extra time against Tottenham and West Ham, while Manchester City won confidently against Swansea City. The defending champions, Arsenal are already out but with many top teams still in the competition the quarter-finals can bring some real excitement for football fans.

FA Cup quarter-finals betting predictions favor United against Leicester

As we mentioned, the biggest game of the quarter-finals is the Leicester vs Manchester United match where online sportsbooks in the UK slightly favor the guests. The Red Devils have the odds of 2.30 to win, while the Foxes’ odds are 2.90. Solskjaer’s team is in second place, just one point ahead of Leicester in the Premier League. Both teams are in great form and set to finish in the top four. Brendan Rogers had to deal with several injuries though which can also affect this game. While United was struggling against AC Milan at home in last week’s Europa League game. But a victory could be another great sign of their return to the club’s former level.

PL leaders Manchester City won’t have an easy job against Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton either. Even though the Toffees are only in 7th place in the table at the moment, 25 points behind City. Playing at home usually helps the hosts but Everton have only won once in their seven home games.  So it might not be an advantage for them. Winning will be extremely difficult against Pep Guardiola’s team which seems unstoppable at the moment.  The FA Cup quarter-finals betting predictions also recognize their performance and offer the odds of 1.33 for their victory.

The Saints and the Blues are also in the favorites to go through

The only remaining non-PL team, Bournemouth will host Southampton on Saturday. The Cherries are only in 7th place in the Premiership after a loss of form and suffering from injuries. But their opponents haven’t been in great form either. They lost 10 in their last 12 games. Now Soton fans hope that key players like Che Adams or Oriol Romeu can perform better in the FA Cup. So the team can get to the last four.  Online gambling sites in the UK favor them to do so with the odds of 1.90.

While in the fourth tie Sheffield United will visit Stamford Bridge and play against Chelsea. It’s no wonder that the Blues are highly favored to win the game against the PL’s bottom team. Since the arrival of Thomas Tuchel at the end of January Chelsea haven’t lost any game. They are currently in 4th place in the Premier League and are still in the Champions League. It would be a small miracle if Sheffield could beat them, but this is the FA Cup, so anything can happen. The guests’ win would mean a lot of money for the brave betters with the odds of 12.00.  While a safe bet on the host’s win has the odds of 1.22 on bet365.
